Quick Bluetooth Troubleshooting Guide for Vital Headphones
Having trouble with your Bluetooth audio connection? Follow these quick steps to get your Vital Headphones connected to your iOS device.
Connecting Your Headphones:
1. Power Up: Ensure your headphones are charged and powered on.
2. Open App: Tap the headphones icon on the top left of your home screen.
3. Select Device: Choose your Vital Headphones from the list (look for "VN-" serial number).
4. Connected: A battery icon next to the headphone symbol confirms the connection.
5. To Disconnect: Go to settings (gear icon) ➜ tap "disconnect headphones" ➜ confirm by tapping "disconnect".
Troubleshooting:
If your device doesn't connect, try these steps on your iPhone or iPad:
1. Check Battery: Make sure your headphones are charged.
2. Enable Bluetooth: Go to Settings > Bluetooth and toggle it on.
3. Close Proximity: Keep your headphones and iOS device close to each other.
4. Toggle Bluetooth: Swipe to access Control Center and tap the Bluetooth icon off and on.
5. Restart Devices: Turn off both your headphones and iOS device, then turn them back on.
6. Forget Device: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the "i" next to your headphones, select "Forget This Device", and re-pair.
7. Avoid Interference: Minimize the use of other wireless devices nearby.
8. Update Devices: Ensure your headphones and iOS device have the latest software.
9. Disconnect Other Devices: If previously connected to a different device, disconnect or turn off Bluetooth on that device.
